Settings
In the Settings view, there are, among other things, the following options
- Managing databases
- Create or Load Backups
- Make settings for the existing email account
Storage location
The storage location of the databases and backups can be configured.

The storage location can be placed on the home network or in the "cloud" (e.g., Dropbox, SkyDrive, etc.). This allows multiple installations to access the databases
Database
RezeptSuite offers the ability to further categorize your own recipe collection. Recipes can be distributed across multiple databases.

By clicking on the
icon, a new, empty database can becreated

By clicking on the
icon, a single database can beexported. A file in CookML format will be
created.
By clicking on the
icon, a database can berenamed.
Backup
RezeptSuite offers the ability to create backups of the databases. A single backup file is created containing all the databases visible under Database. A complete backup is made with all files, including images.

By clicking on the
symbol, a new backup will be created.
By clicking on the
icon, a backup will be restored.
Email Settings
To send prescriptions by email, RezeptSuite uses an existing email account.

Entered settings can be tested by clicking Send Test Mail. The mail will be sent to the address entered under Sender.
